Projects
Follow what God has been doing through our family and find out how you can take part.
Current project
Christmas on the Road (Natal na Estrada) is a YWAM Cerrado initiative in which we use the Christmas season to proclaim the good news. We perform “Auto dos Altos” — a play that tells the story of the birth of Jesus in a joyful, engaging way — and we offer a Christmas dinner to people in vulnerable situations.
This year we will hit the road to Montes Claros, where we will stay from December 21 to 27! We will drive there with our family and stay at a local school together with the whole team.
Pray for us and for the whole team, that it will be a precious time of revealing Jesus.

Our calling
Much of what we do is focused on reaching the nations with the Gospel. Whether on the front lines or behind the scenes, our desire is to fulfill the Great Commission until every people knows the Lord Jesus. We work to mobilize those who already know the Lord and to proclaim the good news of salvation and of the Kingdom of God to those who have not yet heard of Him.
Our main area of focus is the training and discipleship of teenagers, young people and adults. We work directly with the DTS (Discipleship Training School) — an intensive 5-month course that is also the entry point into YWAM. We are also part of youth mobilization movements, through holiday courses and short-term mission trips.
We have a deep love for the Church, we recognize its value and we love serving the faith communities in our city. That is why we work to stay involved and connected with different parts and members of the Body of Christ. We are open to sharing and serving in different ways, adding to what God is already doing in each community.
News
We started the year with everything so well planned, but God chose to change it all, for His glory! We experienced the Father's hand and care for us — providing, confronting, comforting and moving us toward His will, which is good, pleasing and perfect!
