Nice to meet you! We are a missionary family and have served with YWAM for over 10 years, dedicated to the discipleship of young people and teenagers. We love the Lord and carry the dream of seeing the nations surrendered to His love.

Who we are
Our Story
Mica grew up in a Christian home, the daughter of missionaries, and learned to love and follow Jesus from an early age. Raul gave his life to Christ as a teenager and has been growing in his relationship with the Lord ever since.
In 2012, Mica moved to Germany and completed the DTS (Discipleship Training School) at YWAM in Cologne. Raul stayed in Brazil, served in the army, and in 2015 also completed the DTS at YWAM in Florianópolis.
We got married in October 2016 and have kept serving together in missions with YWAM — today with the 5 children God has given us!
While we were engaged, Raul had a dream about the Croatian flag, and since then God has placed a special love for that nation in our hearts. We have been to Croatia three times, led a team and served alongside local churches with creative evangelism initiatives.

What we do...
Training
Our main area of focus is the training and discipleship of teenagers, young people and adults. We work directly with the DTS (Discipleship Training School) — an intensive 5-month course that is also the entry point into YWAM.
Local church
We have a deep love for the Church, we recognize its value and we love serving the faith communities in our city. That is why we work to stay involved and connected with different parts and members of the Body of Christ.
Current project
Christmas on the Road 2026
December 21–27 Montes Claros, Brazil
Christmas on the Road (Natal na Estrada) is a YWAM Cerrado initiative in which we use the Christmas season to proclaim the good news. We perform “Auto dos Altos” — a play that tells the story of the birth of Jesus in a joyful, engaging way — and we offer a Christmas dinner to people in vulnerable situations.

2026 so far...
We started the year with everything so well planned, but God chose to change it all, for His glory! We experienced the Father's hand and care for us — providing, confronting, comforting and moving us toward His will, which is good, pleasing and perfect!
